These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TAPP platform and tools provided by TAPP Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

The Service lets you plan, create, schedule, and publish content to social platforms you connect, and may offer related features such as advertising/boosting where supported. Features may change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account.

Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform (such as Meta/Facebook/Instagram), you authorize us to act on your behalf for the actions you request (such as publishing posts or, where enabled, creating advertising campaigns funded by your own advertising account). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them.

Advertising and budgets

Where boosting/advertising is enabled, any ad spend is charged to your own connected advertising account by the relevant platform. You are responsible for budgets you set and approve. We are not responsible for platform ad delivery, pricing, or results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or in violation of any connected platform’s policies.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and publish it as you direct through the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific results from published or boosted content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAPP Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for ad spend, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
